Netflix's successful pursuit of account sharers has led Disney to adopt the same approach. Starting this fall, Disney will begin targeting those who illicitly use other people's logins. Evidently, the free ride enjoyed by many is coming to an end. Initially, it appears Canada will be the first to experience the crackdown, as Disney plans to target password sharers from November 1. Other areas are expected to follow.

This news comes from The Verge, announcing that Disney has added a new section to its user agreement addressing account sharing. The updated language allows Disney to use and analyze data from user accounts as needed in case of suspected unauthorized usage.
